About Our Staff

We employ staff that are experienced, caring, reliable and compassionate about the clients that we serve.

Administrators hold a master degree in psychology and a bachelors degree in sociology. They are also certified counselors with emphasis in developmental disabilities.

Directors hold a bachelor degree in health care and social sciences fields with a minimum of 5 years experience in a personal care home and residential environment.

Caregivers are Certified Nurses Assistants or highly trained professionals providing services under the directions of the director.

Registered Nurses hold a Bachelor degree and are state licensed that specialize in the care of clients with disabilities.

Developmental Disabilities Professional's (DDP) are administrative specialists and supervisors; directing programs to aid in the individual’s emotional development
